I’m thrilled you’re here. Let me share a little about myself: I’m originally from India and had the privilege of growing up all over the world thanks to my father’s work in the Indian Foreign Service. I moved to the U.S. in 1994 to pursue my master’s degree and have mostly called San Francisco and New York City home since graduating—though I took a few years off to sail, eventually making my way to New Zealand, where I lived for a time.

Professionally, my career has largely been in tech, working with startups and mid-sized companies. However, music has always been my first love. As both an amateur performer and a passionate listener, I’ve spent countless hours immersed in the magic of live music. Growing up with Indian Classical music, I was naturally drawn to improvisational styles, and my love for jazz was cemented at 14 when a family friend gifted me a cassette of Coltrane Jazz.

Fast forward to autumn 2024: I received a call from my friend Kevin Ray (East Axis) letting me know that Reggie Marshall was retiring and asking if I’d be interested in taking over his roster. It was an opportunity I couldn’t pass up! It felt truly serendipitous, and I’m beyond excited to represent these incredible artists and share their music with the world.
